Our History

Jacaranda Air Const., Inc. (JAC) incorporated in Florida in 2006 and is a fully licensed, bonded, & insured, minority owned and operated full-service construction company serving the Southeastern United States’ private and public markets. Our bonding capacity is $3.5 million dollars for a single project. JAC is licensed in the State of Florida.

In 2008, JAC purchased the assets of Jacaranda Air Conditioning & Appliance Service Corporation, which had been serving the Southeastern community since 1989. Crewmembers have 112 years combined experience in the construction industry and are cross-trained to service and install HVAC equipment. Purchasing allowed JAC to offer more than general construction services; we now offer mechanical and electrical services as well.

The Construction Group

JAC offers an array of general construction services. We are highly skilled in construction management. Our company design-builds and . Additionally, we renovate, repair, and maintain industrial, commercial, government, & residential facilities. Public housing, schools, libraries, and apartment buildings are just some of our projects. JAC’s other areas of expertise include site preparation, concrete, masonry, finish carpentry, framing, drywall, insulation, street, water, sewer, landscaping, plumbing, roofing, structural steel, precast concrete, foundation, and exterior/ interior renovation.

The Mechanical and Electrical Group

Our mechanical and electrical division offers consumers its specialty: designing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC and electrical systems. We are a Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer and authorized servicer of most OEM HVAC equipment. Service also includes refrigeration; and we are authorized to service many popular brands including Amana, Coleman, Rheem, and Trane.

JAC inspects properties for home buyers; repairs ice machines, freezers, and walk-in boxes for store owners; and offers 24-hour assistance to property managers and maintenance supervisors..
